Phoscrete

Stronger: Early and Ultimately:
Phoscrete achieves substantially higher early strengths and substantially higher ultimate strengths than any other concrete repair materials. Phoscrete can usually be exposed to rubber tyre traffic in minutes.

Bonds Permanently To Concrete:
Phoscrete chemically bonds to existing concrete creating a permanent repair.

Resists Freeze-Thaw Cycling:
Phoscrete has very low porosity, so even when exposed to freeze-thaw cycling, Phoscrete repairs stand up to drastic temperature changes.

Inhibits Rusting:
Phoscrete actually inhibits rusting of reinforcing steel or rebar. Phoscrete is excellent for repairing deteriorated concrete, and for anchoring machinery or posts.

Easy and Accurate mixing:
The two components are pre-measured in bags and jugs for easy and accurate mixing. Mixing the two components causes an exothermic reaction. Phoscrete can be mixed and installed at various ambient temperatures.

Controlled Setting:
Phoscrete Concretes normally do not require curing. The curing process is finished after the exothermic reaction is complete. Depending on installation requirements, Phoscrete formulations are available with a wide range of settings and curing characteristics.

FurnasCote:

Long lasting protective coating for assets and equipment subjected to extreme temperatures. Furnascote is used in all applications where thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and a gas tight surface are required. Furnascote will resist molten metals, ceramic droppings, metal slag, metal dross and alkali attack up to 1910 degrees C.

Thermbond Formula Series:

Easy and Accurate Mixing:
The two components are pre-measured in bags and jugs for easy and accurate mixing. Mixing time for most products is less than 1 minute. Thermbond eliminates the waiting time required when using other materials to “Wet Out”.

Controlled Setting:
Thermbond Refractories normally do not require curing. The curing process is finished after the exothermic reaction is complete. Depending on installation requirements and ambient conditions, Thermbond formulations are available with a wide range of setting and curing characteristics.

Fast Dry-out and Heat-Up:
Thermbond Refractories are less susceptible to explosive spalling during dry-out and heat-up than cement-bonded materials that mix with water. Depending on lining thickness and configuration, linear heat up rates of 260 degrees C per hour, with no holds, can be achieved with Thermbond.

Thermal Shock Resistance:
Compared to cement-bonded materials, Thermbond Refractories demonstrate a lower modulas of elasticity at high temperatures. Because of low thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, high fracture energy, and high strengths, Thermbond is resistant to spalling under the stress of repeated thermal cycling.

Bonds permanently to existing refractories:
Thermbond chemically bonds to itself and other fired refractories, creating strong repairs with no laminations. Thermbonds unique bonding capability allows less tear out, fast repairs, and more time in production.

Non wetting:
Thermbond has unsurpassed non-wetting characteristics in molten contact, even at elevated temperatures. With less build-up, Thermbond users spend less downtime for cold cleaning.

ThermalCoat 300:

ThermalCoat 300 is suitable for a wide range of applications in the non-ferrous, light metals and ferrous melting industries. It can be applied to a variety of porous and non-porous materials including metals, graphite and ceramics.

ThermalCoat 300 has been specially formulated to produce a very durable refractory barrier that protects refractory materials and metal tools against molten metal and slag attack.

ThermalCoat 300 is also highly effective as a release agent enabling easy removal of solidified metal and dross from ingot moulds, carrying ladles, tundishes, launders, dies, refractories and tools.

ThermalCoat 300 can be applied by brushing, dipping, spraying or swabbing. A long lasting ceramic coating is formed when the thoroughly air-dried coating comes in contact with molten metal etc. Alternately the ceramic coating can be developed by torch drying and preheating.
