High Gloss, All Purpose Protective Coating


Job Profile: A respected Western NSW Abattoir was having problems with slippery stair and floor surfaces.

All their stairs and floor surfaces were coated with a DFT 1.0mm and Ultimate Non Slip Particles for a Non Slip finish that is guaranteed for maximum performance up to 10 years+ for vehicular/Forklift Traffic.

Job Profile: A respected Western NSW Abattoir was having problems with corrosion attacking there Chutes and equipment.

Their process equipment was coated with Ultimate 1601, (High Gloss, All Purpose Ceramic Composite), Colour: Safety Yellow, after been properly prepared by our professional team. A DFT of 500 microns was applied which will enhance performance and service life for many years.

Problem: Window tinting requires usage of water and detergent which ends up on the floor causing a damp and slippery surface. We required a non slip, water proof and durable surface, Ultimate Ceramic Coatings not only fitted the criteria but was the cheaper alternative. Being a rhino lining dealer we wanted to incorporate the 2 products. The majority of the area will be Ultimate 1601 ceramic coatings and the area were the workers prep their tint would be Rhino linings Dura spray. Total area 100 m2

Project Description:

  • This project involved involved a used Fibreglass swimming pool that suffered Osmosis and was in dire straits for a new Look.
  • All osmosis was cut away and replaced With Ultimate 1202 (Ceramic Paste) and Coated with Ultimate 1601 (All Purpose), to Give this pool the ULTIMATE LOOK.
  • This pool is now protected with a fully Engineered Ceramic Composite, that will last for many years.

Description:

Continental Conveyors & Equipment Pty Ltd was utilising another product which came in 3 parts, A,B and a primer. The product was to time consuming to apply. The overall process became too time consuming. Ultimate1101 (Fine) was purchased, which meant no primer required and the low tech application, with diamond like hardness, which enabled better wear performance for the client.

Overall Continental Conveyors has given the thumbs up, and further chutes to be applied with Ultimate Ceramic Coatings – Ultimate1101 (Fine).

Project Description:

  • The project involved one of the biggest Mining Companies in Australia, which needed a solution to their corrosion and wear problems with their Process Tanks.
  • A Class 2.5 Blast Profile – AS1627.4 (75 – 125um) was applied to the stainless steel surfaces, for maximum performance and adhesion.
  • Ultimate 1001 (Advanced Polymer Resin), was applied at a nominal thickness of 750um for an, impermeable, abrasion and corrosion resistant composite lining.
  • This Mining Company can be confident that their processing equipment has the “ULTIMATE PROTECTION”, eliminating all CORROSION and WEAR for many years. Therefore “SAVING TIME & MONEY”.

Job Description:

This company had a problem with the acid eating away the stainless steel tank. The tank was cleaned and roughed up with a grinder to give a strong bond. Then it was coated with UCC CR9804 Chem Resist Ceramic. This will extend the life of the tank and reduce maintenance. As well as getting a tough coating with strong chemical resistance.

Majority of Service Stations situated across Australia are suffering from water contamination in their fuel cells. An Australian Company are in the process of repairing all these tanks with reinforcement and then placing a composite coating to protect the reinforcement from being attack from corrosion and chemicals. VE100 was chosen to perform these tasks. VE100 has been designed to hold all sorts of Acids, Alkalis, Solvents, Hydrocarbons, Ionised Water at all various concentrations and temperatures. (115oC Full Immersion and 175oC Non Immersed Environments).
